8th June 2006: Bulldog goes off line for new customers

Today Broadband provider Bulldog announced that it will no longer offer its residential broadband packages to new customers. Cable and Wireless, Bulldog’s parent company, said it would stop any additional sales, marketing or advertising activities to acquire new residential or small business customers.

Bulldog have confirmed that existing customers will be unaffected by the change and will continue to receive broadband, continuing customer care and new services.

Cable and Wireless will now focus on its wholesale business of supplying major broadband services.
