We're looking for exceptionally talented, motivated and driven individuals who have proven themselves highly capable through work experience at uSwitch or another business. As a Future Business Manager you'll be responsible and accountable for specific high profile projects which you will be expected to pitch for.

The scheme will offer experience of multiple business and functional areas of uSwitch, enabling you to go on and lead our business as we continue to develop and grow. The Future Business Managers will leave the scheme when they are ready to take on the challenge of a senior role (we anticipate around two years after joining the scheme), appropriate to their experience gained on the scheme. A key goal of the scheme is to develop and nurture managerial and leadership ability.

• Two to four years relevant experience within business
• Excellent verbal and numerical reasoning
• The ability communicate oral and written ideas clearly and assertively
• Negotiation experience
• Proven experience of delivering to deadline
• Business finance knowledge

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word
