It's been a busy time in the Top 10 Broadband office, having launched the site late last month, we've faced rounds of interviews, the scrutiny of broadband forums and blogs and a fair bit of press. The eagle-eyed of you will have seen us in today's Web User magazine, where we got the once over.

As for the broadband market, again it's been a busy time. NTL, telewest and Virgin.net have more-or-less disappeared in readiness for the upcoming launch of Virgin Media which combines (hopefully!) the best bits of them all with some sneaky packages combining mobiles, landlines, cable TV AND... broadband. Exciting times. We at Top 10 can't wait to see what they've got lined up - and of course you'll be able to compare Virgin's deals on our site.

Also coming up on our site is a more accurate broadband postcode checker (really sorry to those of you have been let down by our inaccuracies, we are working on a comprehensive fix!). Teething problems I'm afraid. Also, we have some ideas for some new broadband package filters and comparison tools.
