BT launch black Home Hub and take on Apple in the cool-black-gadget stakes
Posted 3rd July 2007 at 3:14pm by Alex Buttle
Possibly inspired by the hugely successful black Apple iPod, BT have today announced the launch of their limited-edition ‘black Home Hub’ free with Option 2 and Option 3 on BT Total Broadband packages (£30 extra on Option 1).
With all the functionality of the original white BT Home Hub, the black hub is sure to get cool gadget fashionistas hot under the collar with its sleek ebony lines.
Limited to only 200,000 ‘black hubs’ this new design will be a focal point for all home users with a new BT Total Broadband package and will be the centre of user’s home broadband and broadband talk connections. The hub can handle an amazing 15 separate devices in the home and takes wireless broadband to a new level of black-is-the-new-black cool.
With BT’s great 8Mb broadband speed pumping through this revolutionary black box and the addition of free evening and weekend calls (with BT Total Broadband) as well as BT Vision and BT Fusion add-ons, this black beauty will be the centre of home broadband user’s BT digital world.
