Namesco takes shared hosting accolade
Posted 18th March 2008 at 9:55am by Alex Buttle
Internet service provider (ISP) Namesco has expressed its delight at receiving the ISP Association (ISPA) award for best shared hosting provision.
The organisation was granted the accolade on Friday at the ISPA's annual ceremony, during which the best operators within the broadband sector were identified.
Among the elements of Namesco's service which were singled out for praise was the fact that customer service is available seven days a week.
Kevin Savage, managing director of Namesco, says: "Ongoing investment in our clustered shared hosting technology has driven strong results for us as a business and for our customers alike."
This, he adds, has ensured "we all have the most reliable website hosting in the UK".
Namesco suggests that the award is an indication that its commitment to effective operations has been recognised among the internet community.
Formed in 2000 following the combination of two existing companies, Namesco offers services for domain registration, website hosting and broadband access in the UK.
