Orange makes student offer
Posted 4th September 2008 at 10:00am by Alex Buttle
With the new university semester nearly upon us, Orange has decided to market a mouth-watering mobile broadband deal.
Students who can produce their NUS or UCAS number will be entitled to mobile broadband for just £10 per month.
This £5 per month saving is available on contracts of 18 or 24 months, the provider has confirmed.
The offer includes a 3Gb per month download allowance and is sure to be a welcome fund saver for those students with more time on their hands than money.
Orange recently launched a new mobile broadband package which includes the provision of a free ultraportable Asus laptop.
Those opting for a 24-month contract get the computer, an accompanying dongle, plus 3Gb of downloads and 100 texts all thrown in for £25 per month.
