Broadband customers in the UK looking for a new deal will be interested to hear that a 'broadband for a pound' offer has been launched.
Namesco is offering subscribers signing up to its Gold Broadband package a connection for just £1 per month for the first three months.
The 8Mb service, which will costs users £14.95 after the initial discounted period, comes with a free wireless router and free setup.
Namesco has confirmed that the offer will run until the end of October and has been timed to coincide with National Get Online Day 2008, part of the Family Learning Festival.
"We want to show our support of these initiatives and encourage everyone to see that getting online and discovering how the internet can benefit them, really is that easy," concluded Namesco's operations director, Jason Smith.
