Vodafone customers to enjoy extra support
Posted 27th March 2009 at 4:00pm by Alex Buttle
The opening of 50 new Vodafone store is designed to give mobile broadband users more opportunity to receive advice.
Vodafone recently launched 40 new outlets up and down the country, allowing more 3G broadband customers the chance to put their questions directly to customer support staff.
Now the ribbon is set to be cut on the remaining ten shops and Tom Devine, director of sales for Vodafone UK, says that mobile broadband users are set to benefit.
He commented: "This could be about anything from which handset is right for them, to receiving advice on the latest in mobile broadband technology such as the Dell Inspiron Mini 9 with built-in mobile broadband, or help with technical set up or a bill."
Subscribers in London and Manchester, as well as smaller towns like Accrington and Braintree, are to benefit.
