ISP Supanet targeting new customers with brand face lift
Posted 30th June 2009 at 9:31am by Ewan Taylor-Gibson
Broadband supplier Supanet is launching a drive for new customers with a revamped website to mark its tenth anniversary as an internet service provider.
The ISP has designed a new online portal to provide its broadband users with easy access to the latest news as well as competition draws, film trailers and video soap spoilers.
As part of the overhaul, Supanet is also rolling out new branding and an updated logo, all of which are part of what managing director Steve Smart referred to as a "massive transformation".
"We are investing heavily in long-term improvements," he said. "Our customers and readers have shown their loyalty standing by us - this is our way of giving something back."
Supanet last updated its portal in May 2005 to coincide with the introduction of a new webmail service the following month.
Earlier this year, it also launched a new service catered specifically towards business broadband users, which offers speeds of up to 8Mb for fixed monthly fees ranging from £20 to £50.
