Tariam reduces satellite broadband prices
Posted 25th September 2009 at 8:11am by Ewan Taylor-Gibson
Satellite broadband provider Tariam has announced it is reducing the cost of several of its Homenet products.
The company has revealed that customers can take up its basic Homenet package, which is powered by Eutelsat Tooway and offers a data allowance of 2.4GB, for £35 a month.
Alternatively, subscribers looking for a higher allowance could consider the bronze, silver and gold packages, which offer 4GB, 6GB and 12GB respectively.
The pricing for those products begins from £45 a month, while download speeds of up to 3.6Mb are available through all of the package.
Tariam has confirmed that all of the services are available anywhere in Europe.
Earlier this week, rival satellite broadband provider Avanti Communications announced pre-tax profits of £1.8 million for the 12 months to June 30th.
The company claimed the figures were well ahead of expectations.
