Broadband provider sponsors IT event
Posted 8th October 2009 at 3:32pm by Oliver Folkard
Upcoming IT event Barcamp London 7 is being sponsored by Be Broadband and, to celebrate the deal, the provider has launched a competition.
People have a chance to win one ticket to attend the IT design and development conference, which is taking place at IBM's central London building from October 24th.
In order to win the place, entrants have to post a message on Be's Facebook fan page highlighting what they like the most about the broadband provider's services.
Those looking to attend have until 17:00 BST today (October 8th) to post their entry and the winner will be notified via the social networking site.
Details of the competition have come after Be recently revealed that consumers who sign up to its nine-month Pro or Unlimited contracts can receive a £25 Amazon.co.uk gift voucher.
The company particularly hopes to attract students who have just returned to university through the offer.
