TitanADSL plans broadband improvements
Posted 16th November 2009 at 2:56pm by Ewan Taylor-Gibson
TitanADSL is looking to improve the quality of the broadband services it offers, according to reports.
According to ISPreview.co.uk, a number of the broadband provider's customers have struggled with slow speeds and other issues in recent months.
However, the company's new deal with Vispa Internet is expected to resolve any such problems "within the next month or so".
"During December/January we will be transferring all Entanet customers onto our pipe with the same products and pricing structure and new customers will be subject to new products and pricing which will be released soon," a spokesperson for TitanADSL added.
The broadband provider also recently faced some technical problems with its customer service phone system.
Earlier this month, it was revealed that rival provider UK Online has endured some problems which stopped it from signing up new customers for a short period.
The company highlighted the problem in a statement to ComputerWorld UK.
