Try the new, improved Top 10 Broadband StreetStats

Launched last month to no little fanfare, our speed test doesn't just let you check your how fast your broadband connection is. It also harnesses exclusive StreetStats technology to allow you to see your neighbours’ broadband providers and connection speeds for the first time ever.
But that’s not all. Far from it, in fact. In another world-first, Top10’s innovative StreetStats tool presents information on a map that lets you to zoom into your postcode and see how your service compares with other people on your street.
However, being of a perfectionist persuasion, we weren’t satisfied. So we’ve since made a few improvements. From today, we’ve added special filters that allow you to see results particular to a specific telephone exchange. Plus you can even check data from a designated provider, so you can look at how everyone else who shares your supplier is faring.

And there's more. To allow you to make more stringent comparisons over broadband service in your area, we’ve installed a filter that lets you set the timeframe for the speed test data you want to see. Brilliant, no?
We think our tinkering has made comparing broadband services more accurate and easier than ever before. Don’t take our word for it, though. Why not visit StreetStats and try it for yourself?

Sky reckon there's nothing wrong and keep asking me to check my line, etc. Yet it is blatantly obvious from streetstats that the average for this area from Sky has dropped quite considerably.

The upload speed is what it has always been - 0.5MB - but download was 5.5-6 when we first had it - it's 2.9 at best now. Yet they reckon they're not throttling it?! -
