Virgin Media to premiere Che on digital TV service

Subscribers to Virgin Media's broadband TV deals are set to be given the chance to watch Steven Soderbergh's Che Guevara biopic in high definition (HD).
The broadband provider has announced that its PictureBox service will premiere the enhanced version of Che, starring Benicio Del Toro, with Part One, The Argentine launching on February 5th.
Part Two, Guerrilla is set to go live on the platform a month later.
Cindy Rose, Executive Director of Digital Entertainment of Virgin Media, said: "With over 500 films on our TV on demand service, Virgin Media gives customers the flexibility to watch the broadest range of films whenever they choose.
"The addition of Che to our line-up demonstrates our commitment to bringing our customers the best films in crystal clear HD."
Virgin Media recently confirmed its subscribers will be able to access the Eurosport HD channel from the start of April.
Coverage of events including French Open tennis and the World Touring Car Championships will be shown on the channel.
