Tesco revamps consumer broadband deals
Posted 16th March 2010 at 9:25am by Ewan Taylor-Gibson
Broadband provider Tesco has relaunched its broadband and phone bundles, it has been reported.
Tesco Broadband - with inclusive evening and weekend calls or simply inclusive anytime calls is now available at a lower price.
Subscribers to both packages can benefit from 20Mb broadband speeds, unlimited downloads, free set-up, free wireless router and Tesco line rental.
Consumers opting for anytime calls are to be charged £23 per month on an 18-month contract, while the monthly fee is £19 for those seeking just evening and weekend phone services.
Tesco's broadband users are granted one Clubcard point for every £1 they spend on their monthly bill.
Last week, Eclipse Internet doubled the usage limits for both its home and business broadband packages to reflect recent changes in data consumption levels.
Clodagh Murphy, Director of the ISP, noted that the majority of its subscribers are small business owners who are demanding improved broadband services.

One Clubcard point? Why bother? You can get much better freebies elsewhere.
