Zen scoops Which? Best Buy broadband prize

Zen Internet has been awarded its ninth Which? Best Buy for Broadband prize after topping a new satisfaction study.
The broadband provider is currently the only company of its kind to hold the status at present and was awarded five stars from the body in categories including customer service, support and connection reliability.
Overall, Zen received a score of 89 per cent from the organisation.
Richard Tang, Managing Director of Zen Internet, said the Best Buy status was testament to its efforts to be the best broadband provider in the UK.
He added: "We have many service improvements lined up for 2010 and I'm really looking forward to delivering these to our customers as the year progresses."
News of Zen's status has come after Eclipse Internet won the Best Customer Focus prize at the Best Business Awards 2010.
The event is held to celebrate excellence in the both the public and private sector.
