UK broadband provider Eclipse Internet has been shortlisted in two categories for the 2010 South West Contact Centre Awards.
The internet service provider has been nominated for the Best Customer Service award, an achievement which pays tribute to the satisfaction rates enjoyed by its subscribers.
In addition, Eclipse's Technical Support Manager Will Lebatteux has been named as a contender in the Call Centre Manager of the Year category.
Clodagh Murphy, Director of Eclipse, told ISPreview that overall service and the value offered to customers is "at the heart" of what the company does.
She stated: "It's great to be recognised for our achievements in this area by an organisation that represents the call centre industry across the south-west region."
Back in March, Eclipse triumphed in the Best Customer Focus category at the Best Business Awards 2010.
Andrew Areoff, Chair of the judging panel, described the firm as being "one of a rare breed" due to its strong focus on customer service.

The moral of the story? You want a good service, go with a smaller provider. End of.

Think it's funny that O2 is spending on all that money on ad campaign about customer gripes. Wouldn't that cash be better spent on improving their call centres/service?
