UK broadband provider Zen Internet has relaunched its consumer website following design improvements.
The internet service provider (ISP) has made a number of changes to its online customer portal in a bid to increase ease of access and make key information more readily available.
Zen's product and service information has been split into customer segments, while the ISP's Knowledge Base and the Support Forum have also been updated to reflect the new design.
Meanwhile, a Zen Twitter account has officially been launched, and the ISP plans to establish a Facebook presence by the end of the summer.
"These new developments are just part of the ongoing improvements in our online presence," said Andrew Saunders, Head of Product Management and Marketing at the firm.
"We are really excited about launching our presence on Twitter and look forward to networking and communicating with the growing social media community."
From September, Zen Internet will be offering 40Mb fibre-optic broadband services to UK consumers and businesses.
