Are All the Internet Providers crazy? Don't they realize that while they are all offering packages that vary by just a few pence a day, that they are missing the big picture. By making so many packages available they are just loosing potential customers left right and centre and making dissatisfied ones by hiding the true costs!

In other countries users are able to connect all day to the Internet and have cheap off peak packages and are not penalised for downloads!

Why don't they all have true upfront costs advertised instead of hiding costs like, the phone line, 1G, 2G, 3G or whatever download limits, knowing full well that these would only benefit a person using email and not Internet Access as some Web sites are heavily loaded with Graphics and visual effects!

Not to mention the uncountable downloads for upgrading and Windows updates, along with essential Virus updates/upgrades!

Why don't they offer a realistic package that offers, unlimited Internet Access, free evening and weekend calls to other mobiles and Networks, free user-to-user calls on their own network and finally state the true costs (not hiding costs like the phone line, if you have one that is i.e. ADSL users), Fibre optic owners may not need to have a separate phone line, but instead use an adaptor to communicate over the Fibre!

So why not give a straight talking realistic offer, taking some hits on the peaks and troughs of users usage, don't you think people would appreciate a service they are not afraid to use, making a mistake or constantly being penalised because they have opted for a service that is not right for them!

In short: The cheapest is not always the cheapest and the most expensive is often not worth paying for!

    Just my half pennies worth!

    T Taylor :-)
