O2 has launched a new broadband deal geared specifically towards gaming fans.
The service provider is offering £50 off an Xbox 360 250GB or Kinect when consumers sign up to its All Rounder or The Works broadband packages.
Subscribers also have the opportunity to take advantage of a free Xbox LIVE Gold membership and 1,200 Xbox LIVE points.
"With an Xbox LIVE Gold Membership, you can access additional features that let you do even more fun things through your Xbox 360," the broadband provider stated.
Members can stream movies, TV shows, and Sky sports and movies in HD, test new games and demos, create and customise their avatar and control movies with voice or a wave using Kinect.
Additionally, users can play games with friends online, access their social networks and chat to friends and family face-to-face with Video Kinect.
In terms of broadband, O2 is also offering discount services for subscribers to the All Rounder or The Works broadband deals.
Customers who have been with O2 mobile for two years receive six months' free internet when registering, while other subscribers receive three months free.
Either way, this enables them to make significant savings on their home broadband services.
With O2 All Rounder, UK households receive access to up to 20Mb downloads, 1.3mb upload speeds and an unlimited usage allowance.
The broadband deal comes with a double-strength wireless broadband router, 24/7 freephone help, up to ten email addresses, McAfee Security and 200 web texts a month.
Existing O2 mobile customers pay £12.50 per month for their broadband deal, discounted from the standard £17.50.
If subscribers wish to bolt on home phone services, this costs an additional £7.50 per month.
The Works broadband package – which is priced at £21 per month for O2 mobile customers and £26 for everyone else – offers 20Mb downloads, 2.5Mb uploads and an unlimited usage allowance.
O2 says The Works – with its faster upload speeds – is ideal for larger households and gaming fans.
UK consumers still have more than two months to take advantage of the gaming broadband offer, which is set to run until December 31st 2011.
Subscribers then have another month to redeem the offer – with a deadline set for January 31st 2012.
