Virgin Media is giving broadband subscribers the opportunity to save £149.90 up front when they sign up for a triple-play bundle.

For two weeks, the broadband provider is offering £50 in cashback to any customer signing up for a TV, home phone and broadband package.

In addition, Virgin Media is offering a free TiVo box, enabling households to make the most of its digital and On Demand television services.

This 500GB unit, which enables viewers to store hundreds of hours of TV content, normally retails at £49.95.

Adding to the savings possible with Virgin Media during October, the broadband provider is offering a free installation worth £49.95 for all new customers.

Households wishing to save £149.90 with a new Virgin Media broadband package need to act quickly – the £50 cashback offer will run for just two weeks.

They have a number of different options to choose from in terms of TV, home phone and broadband bundles.

Triple-play bundles start from £23 per month, for which subscribers gain access to 10Mb broadband services, unlimited weekend phone calls and 65 TV channels.

For £28 per month, Virgin Media customers can get their hands on up to 30Mb broadband, unlimited weekend calls and 65 TV channels.

And for those seeking a broader range of digital TV channels, a separate broadband deal is available priced at £29 per month.

Subscribers receive up to 10Mb download speeds, unlimited weekend phone calls and 100 channels – enabling them to make full use of their free TiVo box.

Virgin Media's £34.50 per month broadband bundle offers up to 50Mb broadband, unlimited weekend calls and 65 TV channels.

And finally, the £50 per month tariff provides up to 30Mb broadband, unlimited calls throughout the week, and an incredible 160 digital TV channels.
