Aquiss has reduced the price of its gaming broadband packages, it has been reported.

According to ISPreview.co.uk, the Shropshire-based service provider has also enhanced the features of its home-focused broadband deals.

The packages are designed to deliver a lower latency connection, which the news provider says is beneficial for multiplayer video gaming.

Aquiss Gaming Broadband Option 1 - which is now available for £20 per month - offers up to 12Mb download speeds and up to 1Mb uploads.

Subscribers benefit from an unlimited monthly usage allowance, alongside standard care, UK customer support, a static IP address and the Aquiss email and protection pack.

"In addition the service is also supplied free of any form of traffic shaping, management, restrictions or blocks," ISPreview.co.uk noted.
