Vispa has increased the coverage of its wireless broadband network by launching services in three more Cheshire villages, it has been reported.

The Warrington-based broadband provider is now able to offer up to 60Mb Wi-Fi in Westbrook, Kingswood and Chapelford.

Households and businesses in nearby Burtonwood and Winwick were already able to take advantage of the firm's super-fast Wi-Fi services, reports ISPreview.co.uk.

The latest network extension means another 4,000 homes - many of which lacked access to even high-speed broadband - are able to benefit.

Adam Binks, Vispa's Commercial Director, told the news provider that the addition of three more regions proves the firm's commitment to delivering 21st Century connectivity to areas that are being ignored by the larger infrastructure providers.

"Vispa will continue to invest in enabling broadband slow spot areas and I invite anybody in need for our help to get in touch," he stated.
