Virgin Media is giving UK households the chance to save money on super-fast broadband services through a new special offer.

The service provider is offering up to 30Mb broadband and home phone services for an initial price of just £4 per month.

Subscribers pay this discount rate for six months, enabling them to save £69 during this introductory contract period.

After the first six months, the price reverts to £15.50 per month for the remainder of the 12-month contract and beyond.

The broadband deal comes with a free Virgin Media Super Hub wireless router, which allows consumers to take advantage of reliable super-fast broadband across the home.

Consumers can get online via PCs, laptops, tablets and other connected devices.

The broadband package also comes with unlimited weekend calls to UK landlines and Virgin Media mobile numbers.

In order to qualify for the discount broadband deal, customers need to take a Virgin Media phone line for £15.99 per month.
