Plusnet news

Plusnet has become the first UK broadband provider to be recommended by readers of Good Housekeeping magazine.

Some 91 per cent of readers who have a Plusnet phone and broadband package said they thought it offers good value for money.

And 82 per cent would 'definitely' or 'probably' recommend the firm's internet offering to a friend.

Magazine readers were asked to fill in a questionnaire developed by experts at the Good Housekeeping Institute.

They were asked to comment on a number of aspects of Plusnet's broadband service, and state whether they would refer it to friends and family.

Some 88 per cent of Good Housekeeping readers with a Plusnet subscription said they received all the necessary set-up information from the firm.

Four-fifths (79 per cent) were happy with the reliability of their service and 71 per cent were content with the speed.

Almost nine in ten (87 per cent) respondents said they are likely to remain with Plusnet once their current broadband contract expires.
