Sky Sports On Demand is to launch a section dedicated to every football club in the Barclays Premier League.

Fans will be able to catch up on programming and features on their club at any time, via the On Demand section on the Sky+HD box.

The service is being introduced for the new Barclays Premier League football season, which gets underway this coming weekend.

Sky said the new club sections offer fans "an easy way to find and watch the latest content on their favourite team".

They will offer content including matches shown live on Sky Sports, interviews and documentaries featuring players and managers, archive footage and clips from 'Soccer AM' and 'The Fantasy Football Club'.

Gary Hughes, Head of Football at Sky Sports, said that, for the first time, Sky Sports viewers can download and enjoy some of the best content dedicated to their team, whenever they want.

"With massive growth in on-demand TV viewing, we’re delighted to introduce this brand new service for Barclays Premier League fans," he stated.

Sky On Demand is accessible to Sky Sports subscribers who link their Sky+HD box to their broadband connection.
