BE broadband (and landline) are the best thing since sliced bread. After many years of paying through the nose for BT BUSINESS broadband whith poor bandwidth and absolutely rubbish service, I switched to BE. What a difference. DOUBLE BT's upload/download speeds on BT's own landline, no drop outs, a 1:1 contention ratio! and no throttling! Immediate access to support staffed by very knowledgeable and helpful professionals in Bulgaria. They have rewarded my loyalty with free months of broadband, router upgrades, and even kept my monthly charge lower once the discounted product ran out. I have just moved my BT landline over to them too - cheaper and more services.

I switched to Be after some bad experiences with a much bigger company. I wish I'd done it years ago. Service speed is steady and support is the best I've encountered.

2 years I'm with them now on the Pro offer. I like the static IP, the speed, the customer service. A few glitches, but globally the availability is there. Only two regrets: their Box is really "minimum" features and they don't do IPv6 nor do they have plans to.
Also one of the few providers you don't need to pay by D/D.

I've with be for more than a year now. I'm happy with their broadband speed and customer service. My download speed is faster than any other ISP around my area.
I'm a HEAVY internet user (web developer/blogger)... most of my day spends in front of computer (downloading/uploading) and browsing. If I say BE is good, that really means good.
Highly recommended.

I have been a customer of Be for nearly three years now. My previous service provider was not providing anything close to my package, let alone what my line was capable of. Switching to Be unlocked the full potential of my line. I have super low latencies which is perfect for gaming, and even on the mid range package the upload speed is second to none. Combine this all with the fact that the service is almost never congested, and you have a superb internet package for a very good price.

Very good since July 2008. Things like advance notice of maintenance make a nice touch.
Speed is always very good.
I don't mind paying for good service.

Be are more expensive than other ISPs, but like most things in life you get what you pay for.
I'm very happy with the service and speed I receive, and the Be staff are always helpful. They also join in on the support forums so if you have any problems you can get a quick and friendly response.
The only thing I'd like to see Be better do is push forward on the technology like when they first launched. The Be box is looking a bit old compared to the HomeHub from BT.

Joined a month ago and was initially very impressed by the prompt delivery of the box.
Unfortunately I then discovered thanks to two and a half hours of phone calls, that Be has a problem connecting computers with windows vista. It took two calls and my imminent cancellation to get them to solve the problem.
To make things worse I was then charged for a full months service (despite only having 10 days) and the money was debited from my account a week earlier than had been arranged.
When I complained about the service I was told that if I wanted to leave I could but I'd have to pay for the full year. Clearly I don't want to leave after putting in this much effort to get the service working, I just want an apology for the fact that the company messed up my finances and left me without internet for three weeks despite me asking for help.
When I initially called up I found the company very helpful but since then I've found them very difficult to deal with and at times really rude.
I'll be leaving as soon as my contract is up.

I migrated from AOL Broadband to Be and have been very pleased. I just ran a test and I'm getting speeds of 16.3Mb (download) and 1.09Mb (upload). It's been good all the way, the service to hook up was great they keep you informed all the way. I would recommend upgradeing your router to Netgear DG834N "Next wireless ADSL2 Modem Router" to get full satisfaction.
