New Call Telecom took control of Primus Telecommunications LTD on October 1st 2010 and has pledged to build on the company's Primus Saver product range with enhanced services and even cheaper call rates. Primus is already regarded as one of the UK's best value providers, with a suite of attractive products that include Home Phone Saver, Eco Saver, Saver Pre Pay, Phone + Broadband, and New Line Installations.

Primus’ call centre is open between the hours of 8pm and 9pm and is free of charge for all subscribers. Alongside this, a list of frequently asked questions (FAQs) is available on the site, detailing solutions to common problems. The advice includes everything from explanations of billing to step by step instructions to enable customers to fix minor problems with routers and phones.

Home phone customers also get an itemised e-bill to make it easy to track your call costs and save on administration costs. The savings made are then passed on to customers.
