Vonage phone services are sold online and by national retailers in the U.K, U.S and Canada as well as other countries.

Free customer and technical support via freephone and online live. An excellent "Help" section should help you through most problems but failing this it's good to remember that Vonage support is always free.
From 8 am to midnight, seven days a week, Vonage's customer support should be able to solve whatever problems you have with their service.

In order to make calls with Vonage you plug your touchtone phone into a Vonage box, connect that to your modem and get calling. Therefore you will need a touch tone phone (though you can use the one you have), a Vonage box (free with all packages) and a router (you may already have one of these for your broadband). If you do not have a router, Vonage offers you the opportunity to purchase discounted routers when you sign up.
