aqua credit cards

NewDay Ltd provides financial services and store and credit cards to consumers in the United Kingdom. They were previously known as SAV Credit and are based in West Malling, Kent.

They are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, and have also voluntarily subscribed to the Lending Code. As a rapidly growing company, they stated their aim to reach one million customers by the end of 2014.

The company was founded under the name of SAV Credit in 2000, to provide simple financial solutions to retailers and customers. They launched their first credit card, known as the Aqua card, in 2002. Five years later, they acquired the Marbles credit card service from HSBC.

In February 2013, they launched their credit checking service, a service allowing users to check their credit status without impacting on their credit score - the first of its kind that was supplied as a free benefit to a credit card. Later in 2013 they further expanded when they acquired the co-branded retail card operation from Santander UK. In February 2014, they re-branded as NewDay Ltd.

uSwitch is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FSA FRN 312850) to provide this credit card comparison service.

uSwitch services are provided at no cost to you, but we may receive compensation from some of the providers.
