Virgin Money credit cards

Virgin Money is the UKs fastest growing private company, and is now an integral part of Sir Richard Branson's business empire. They provide a wide range of financial services, including savings accounts, mortgages, and investment options, but they are also an increasingly important player in the UK credit card market.

Sir Richard Branson is one of the world's most famous business people, and his name is synonymous with that of his business brand, Virgin. The first Virgin outlet was a record store which opened in 1970, but since then they have diversified into a wide range of sectors, including airlines, radio stations, and film productions.

Their financial services arm was founded in 1995, and was originally called Virgin Direct. They provided pensions by 1996, and current accounts in 1997. In 2002, they merged this operation with their price comparison website and became known as Virgin Money. In 2011, they acquired the Northern Rock banking group, making them a significant new United Kingdom bank.

Credit cards are just one of the offerings from Virgin Money, but one of their most popular. They have a range of credit card options, allowing consumers to find the credit card that best suits their purpose and their finances.
