Tesco home phone |
Tesco began life as an East London market stall in the 1920s. Having developed the concept of the ‘superstore’ – opening the first one in Westbury in 1967, Tesco has developed into a global brand with a reputation for family quality and innovation. Tesco launched its home phone service in 2003 and has since launched Tesco broadband packages.
You connect to Tesco through Carrier Pre Selection (CPS). CPS routes your calls through a new home phone supplier without needing to dial an access code or having equipment installed. BT will still own, run and send you bills for your line rental and Tesco will send a separate bill for your calls. You can keep your existing telephone number. CPS is only available over a BT line.
To make things easy for you uSwitch.com has created a completely impartial and independent home phone comparison service. All you have to do is type in your postcode and answer a few simple questions about the type of calls you make. We will then search all home phone tariffs (including Tesco tariffs) to provide you with a list of the best deals for you. The service is completely free and you are under no obligation to sign up to a tariff.
