Economy-7 tariffs can be a great money saver, but how do switch to or from an Economy-7 tariff?

If you are currently on an Economy 7 tariff and would simply like to switch to a cheaper Economy 7 tariff, you can do so using uSwitch's gas and electricity comparison.
