HTC Touch Dual details
The Touch Dual handset from HTC is a bold, new step for smartphones, bringing everything you need in a global communications device within reach of your fingertips.
An intuitive touchscreen navigation system, slide-out Qwerty keypad and stylish design combine in the showstopping HTC Touch Dual. Using the TouchFLO interface, the handset allows you to quickly and easily access and browse through emails, messages and images with finger gestures. Meanwhile, the Qwerty keyboard is a boon for composing emails and lengthy text messages.
Fast internet access is guaranteed through the phone’s 3.5 G connectivity, which is nine times faster than 3G, irrespective of where the handset is being used. Meanwhile, compatibility with HSDPA, 3G, GPRS/EDGE/GSM means that connections can be maintained worldwide.
Running on Windows Mobile 6, the handset supports a full version of Mobile Office meaning that documents can be created, edited and viewed on versions of Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
Also included in the handset is a 2 megapixel camera for shooting videos and photos, as well as an auxiliary camera for making video calls.
The HTC Touch Dual’s internal memory can be boosted further thanks to the inclusion of a MicroSD slot for cards up to 8GB.
