LG Cookie KP500 Silver details
The LG KP500 Cookie Silver is a simply stunning touchscreen handset, which teams fun with functionality to devastating effect. And it’s easy to use, too.
Weighing in at just 89 grams, the LG KP500 Cookie Silver is a lightweight phone. But that’s not to say that it’s light on functions. Onboard, you’ll find everything you require from a phone. As well as a few features you didn’t know you needed until now.
Not least among these is a superb handwriting recognition function that allows you to input text quickly and easily by using the stylus to write directly onto the screen. Alternatively, if you prefer to use a more traditional method, there’s a full Qwerty keyboard, too.
Elsewhere, you’ll find a media player to keep you entertained while you are on the go as well as an FM radio. And should you still be bored, you can take a turn on the built-in games which employ motion sensitive controls for a Wii-style gaming experience.
Other features of the LG KP500 Cookie Silver include RDS technology so you can find out the name of songs on the radio or in cafes, a three megapixel camera with auto-rotate, e-mail with a document viewer, polyphonic ringtones and a ringtone composer for making up your own and a 1000-entry phone book.
More on the LG Cookie KP500 Silver
The LG KP500 Cookie Silver has sold millions of units across the globe. The secret of its success lies as much in its sophisticated design and quality materials as the fact that it is home to one the best and most intuitive touchscreen user interfaces around.
As well as the features listed above, the handset also offers a document viewer for keeping up with work e-mails, built-in Java games to keep you entertained, a choice of wallpapers and a host of messaging options including MMS, SMS and e-mail.
To ensure that owners make the most of the LG KP500 Cookie Silver’s functions, LG has provided an impressive 48 MB of internal memory. This can be boosted further by up to 8GB by adding a microSD memory card.
Owners of the phone can expect talk time of 3.5 hours or 350 hours when the LG KP500 Cookie Silver is in standby mode.
