Not only does it house a music player and a great camera, but thanks to the addition of an internal antenna that will enable owners to watch their favourite shows. And the Nokia Video Centre is installed to enable you to find and download entertainment while on the move.

The entertainment experience offered by the Nokia N96 Black is heightened by the inclusion of a 2.8 inch display and superb stereo sound. Its playback capabilities cover all major video file storage formats including MPEG-4, WMV9 (Windows Media), Flash Video and H.264 video.

Access to the BBC iPlayer application, meanwhile, is free of charge. And whilst the iPhone only allows you to stream programmes over Wi-Fi, the Nokia N96 Black enables you to download content too so you can watch it at a later date.

Owners are spared worries about battery life, since when in offline mode the Nokia N96 Black offers 14 hours of music playback, 5 hours of video or 4 hours of TV.

Sharing and storing pictures taken with the onboard camera is also rendered easy thanks to its automatic tagging system. This means that you can simply remember where you were when you took the photograph. And better yet, selected picture sharing services are capable of automatically reading the GPS location data and match it to mapping locations.

The video camera is similarly easy to use and is capable of capturing VGA resolution at 30 frames per second for making mini cinematic opuses.

Since its release, the Nokia N96 Black has received a raft of glowing reviews and is tipped by many to outdo its seven million selling predecessor in the Nseries the N95.

The Nokia N96 Black is also available in certain territories in a much sought-after Bruce Lee limited edition, which is packaged with a scale model of the martial arts hero.

i beleive that this phone is a stylish and very well adapted phone, suiting its target audience very well. The camera qulaity is excellernt and its a 3g phine meaning that a veroety of things are accesible.

the shapeof the phone is quite slim and because its not as chunky s the previous Nokia N series it makes it substantially better.

Good spec, more useful than the iphone in theory and I love the look and feel of this phone.

It has been a bit buggy and slow - I did a firmware update this afternoon which I'm told will solve all this though so I'm hopeful

I read some reviews about this phone being slow & difficult to navigate so I was worried when it arrived, I have had it 3 weeks it's an ok phone; The battery life isn't too bad & the camera is good. The problem is the processor, it's just too slow to live up to techy-expectations

Really good phone - the design is beautiful however the screen is a bit of a fingerprint magnet. The battery life is at best average - 1 hour video & 6 hours music uses around half the battery.

The BBC I player is great now with the feature to download instead of having to wait for streaming.

Music quality in the speakers is not as great as with my old N95 but still really good!

The multimedia functions on this phone alone make it the coolest phone, and in fact, the coolest gadget I've ever owned! The Nokia N series just keeps getting better, I can't wait to see what's next.
