The Samsung S5230 Tocco Lite is a touchscreen phone of rare quality. And whatever its name may suggest, its high-end camera media player and advanced social networking functions, mean that it’s far from light on features.
Samsung’s S5230 Tocco Lite takes the brilliant features and stunning handset design that made the F480 Tocco and the Tocco 8300 Ultra so popular and crams them into a super light handset.
Onboard you’ll find the company’s brilliant TouchWiz interface that makes operating the phone a brilliantly intuitive user experience. And thanks to the addition of widgets, you’ll be able to access all social networking sites quickly and easily with a single press of the 3-inch touchscreen.
But that’s not all. The Samsung S5230 Tocco Lite also boasts similarly outstanding imaging capabilities. The 3.2 megapixel camera is easily a match for most dedicated digital cameras and thanks to the inclusion of smile and face detection technology, you’ll be sure of a great image every time – irrespective of your skills with a camera.
Better yet, once you’re happy with the photo, you can upload it to social networking sites within seconds. And if you so desire, you’re even able to tag photos of your contacts.
Other features of the Samsung S5230 Tocco Lite include a media player, which harnesses Samsung’s DMSe 2.0 technology to give a rich, natural sound, and an FM radio keep you entertained and informed while you are on the go.
The Samsung S5230 Tocco Lite is light by name and by nature. Weighing in at just 93 grams and measuring only 11mm deep it’s one of the most compact touchscreen mobile phones around.
As well as the functions we’ve already told you about, onboard the Samsung S5230 Tocco Lite you’ll also find a host of other practical features. These include an accelerometer for fun, Wii-style gaming and RDS on the radio so you can quickly and easily find out the name of unfamiliar songs.
To help you make the most of all the fun on offer, Samsung has provided 50MB of internal memory, with the potential to boost this by up to 16GB by adding a microSD card.
