Sony Ericsson Satio Black details
Thanks to its astounding 12.2 megapixel camera, the Sony Ericsson Satio is an outstanding imaging device. And with its superb media player and massive touchscreen display, it’s also a multi-media powerhouse.
Cameraphones don’t come much more sophisticated than the Sony Ericsson Satio. Equipped with a 12.2 megapixel camera with a Xenon flash, autofocus and smile detection technology, it’s easily the equal of a dedicated digital camera.
Plus, it’s equally excellent at capturing video footage, too, which can be viewed back on the massive 3.5-inch screen. This is capable of displaying up to 16 million colours, thus making for a movie-watching experience that’s almost as good as being at the cinema.
Elsewhere, you’ll also find a handy touchscreen QWERTY keyboard, which is a boon for entering text quickly and easily. And for those who need to work on the go, there’s a document viewer and editor on offer, too.
To keep you entertained, there’s also an onboard music player that delivers the kind of rich, full sound quality that you’d expect from a Sony-branded device. Plus, it’s got TrackID that helps you identify unfamiliar songs when you’re out and about.
Other features of the Sony Ericsson Satio include a built-in YouTube and Facebook applications, motion-sensitive Java games, FM radio, speakerphone, web browser, personal organiser functions as well as picture and instant messaging.
More on the Sony Ericsson Satio Black
Since it was first unveiled under the codename Idou, demand for the Sony Ericsson Satio has been enormous. It’s not hard to see why. The Satio is perhaps the most advanced cameraphone so far.
But it’s also a fantastic mobile phone for on the go entertainment. The massive 16.9 widescreen display makes for a fantastic video viewing experience. And this is enhanced further by high quality playback and access to the PlayNow service. This affords you a massive range of movies and clips to download as well as a vast store of music, too.
Along the standout features listed above, the Satio is also equipped with A-GPS support, a secondary camera for video calling, HSDPA support for fast downloads, an accelerometer and 8GB of onboard memory. However, this can be expanded by up to 32GB by adding a microSD card.
