Sony Ericsson W200i Black details

Sony Ericsson’s W200i is one of the wave of groundbreaking Walkman phones that have brought the era of tinny sound on mobiles to an end, with a great camera and internet connectivity adding to its broad appeal.

The Sony Ericsson W200i combines a camera and internet access with Sony’s long-established stereo know-how for a handset created with music in mind. This joystick-operated phone offers excellent sound, augmented by Sony’s patented adjustable Megabass technology, which has made tinny phone music a thing of the past.

Users can store 30+ songs on the supplied memory card, with scope for boosting the capacity with larger storage cards. Meanwhile, along with quality Sony headphones, an FM radio is included to allow users to listen to music stations and keep abroad of news developments.

The handset also offers a camera with video and still motion capture and the ability to share clips and photographs with other owners of multi-media messaging service-enabled (MMS) telephones.

Internet connectivity allows owners to browse the web, send and receive email, subscribe to RSS feeds and download new music, ringtones and wallpapers. Talk time of seven hours, or 360 hours on standby, means that users can make the most of the handset’s multi-functionality by composing emails or browsing the web while listening to music without draining the battery.
