The Android powered HTC Hero can be ordered now from Top 10 Mobile Phones from just £24.47 per month on Orange.
Buyers can choose between a graphite or white exterior and can opt for a range of contract lengths and price points.
The cheapest at £24.47 per month includes a free mobile phone, 400 minutes per month and unlimited texts.
Features of the new mobile include the latest edition of Google’s Android operating system, HTC’s TouchFlo 3D user interface and HSDPA support for fast downloads.
The phone will also be available on T-Mobile but will be re-branded the T-Mobile G2 Touch and marketed as a successor to the hugely popular T-Mobile G1.
A raft of Android mobile phones are due to hit the market later this year, including models from Sony Ericsson, Samsung, LG and PC specialist Acer.
