Vodafone mobile phone customers will be able to surf the web for free tomorrow as part of the company’s Free Friday promotion.

Under the terms of the incentive, Vodafone is waiving its standard charge of 50p for 24 hours of web use between 12.01am to 23.59pm on August 28th, allowing customers free use all day.

To take advantage of free browsing, contract and pay as you go customers need only click on their browser icon or visit Vodafone Live.

Free Friday is the second time that Vodafone has offered its customers a cost-free internet service for a limited period.

Earlier this month, the mobile phone network allowed subscribers free access to Facebook for a week.

A statement from Vodafone read: “Vodafone's Free Friday will be the perfect way for customers to plan their Bank Holiday, whether checking the weather forecast whilst on the train, organising get-togethers with friends on Facebook, or browsing travel updates whilst waiting for the bus.”

New mobile phones currently available on Vodafone include the Nokia N97 and the Android powered HTC Magic.

Well i think virgin media is offering better deal than all other mobile companies. 10MB home broadband, 1GB mobile broadband and telephone line for only 20 pounds and i have got the free LAptop with it as well.

Now coming to Vodafone, as they are coming up with 14mb speed on mobile broadband then they will be number 1 but as long as it is cheap.
