Developed by DoCoMo in conjunction with Sharp and Olympus, the new Touch Wood handset features a shell fashioned entirely out of wood taken from cypress trees from the Shimanto forest. That means it’s biodegradable and thus way more eco-friendly than a lot of the phones currently being touted as planet-savers.
