3 is bundling the Sony Ericsson Vivaz with music streaming service Spotify.

The Symbian-based smartphone is slim and light, offering full HD recording capabilities, but 3 has just put another feather in its cap, making it a capable media mobile with access to six million tracks.

3's Sylvia Chind said: "Because our network is designed and built for the mobile internet customers are really able to get the best experience from smartphones like the Sony Ericsson Vivaz."

The Vivaz has an eight megapixel camera and a large touchscreen interface which is suitable for media playback.

Connectivity comes in the form of Wi-Fi and HSDPA. Users who opt to buy the phone with 3 also get unlimited free access to instant messaging via Windows Live and free Skype calls.

3 is still running its free Twitter promotion throughout March, allowing its customers to tweet without being charged for the privilege.

The Vivaz will set potential buyers back around £330 if you want it on pay-as-you-go and is free on a two year £35 a month contract.
