The slide phone version of the upcoming BlackBerry Bold 9800 has been filmed by an insider and leaked onto the internet via Boy Genius Report.

Rumours have been circulating over the last few months as to the possibility of a slider BlackBerry smartphone and now this video joins other recent information suggesting that it is very close to being launched.
The size of the Bold Slider's screen has been the source of considerable interest, as it is touch sensitive and larger than the current-generation Bold. It sits somewhere between the current Bold 9700 and the much larger, touch-only Storm 2.
Beneath the screen is a full QWERTY keypad arranged in the traditional BlackBerry portrait manner and there is also an optical trackpad, borrowed from other contemporary Research in Motion mobiles.
The presence of version 6.0 of the BlackBerry operating system (OS) is also clear from the brief clip.
