Apple iPhone owners can now turn their handset into a BlackBerry-style, messaging-focussed smartphone with the launch of a physical QWERTY keyboard accessory from ThinkGeek.com.

Presumably aimed the growing numbers of iPhone enterprise users as well as anyone who finds touchscreen text entry a chore, the flipout TK-421 case connects to handsets via Bluetooth.

The limited edition accessory is compatible with the iPhone 3GS and the latest iPhone 4 iteration and is powered by a rechargeable battery, which can be juiced up with USB connector supplied.

Available from late November and priced $50 (about £35), the TK-421 is held snugly in place by magnets.
