Nokia has finally unveiled its eagerly anticipated promotional flick on YouTube, featuring a star-studded cast that includes Dev Patel of Slumdog Millionaire-fame.
The seven-and-a-half minute short, directed by the McHenry Brothers, was shot entirely using the N8’s 12-megapixel HD camera over a period of four days in the streets of London.
It chronicles the eventful journey of a commuter (Dev Patel) trying to get to work, with cameos from Charles Dance, Pamela Anderson and Ed Westwick.
It’s not a groundbreaking script but does have its moments. Obviously the whole point of the film is to showcase the impressive quality of the N8’s high-definition camera, which it does in spades. So grab some popcorn and see for yourself.
