A free multi-media content bundle worth £120 is on offer to Samsung Galaxy Note buyers right now, as part of a limited-period, be-quick-or-be-dead promotion.
Available until December 31st when consumers buy the handset from O2, Carphone Warehouse and Phones4U, the content pack features £65 worth of rental movies from the Samsung Movies app, plus £50 of music downloads from 7digital.
Billed as “part-tablet, part-smartphone”, the Galaxy Note teams a 5.3-inch Super AMOLED HD Gorilla Glass screen with stylus support, a note-taking app and a “next-generation diary” that boosts its credentials with business users.
Sammy’s challenger is also home to an eight-megapixel camera with LED flash, smile detection and 1080p, 30fps video recording, a secondary two-megapixel snapper for video calls and expandable memory of up to 32GB via microSD card support.
The Galaxy Note runs Android 2.3 (aka Gingerbread) out of the box, but is expected to get a swishy platform bump to the latest Ice Cream Sandwich version of Google's OS early next year.
