HTC Sensation XL price cut in O2 January sale

O2 has cut over £100 off the asking price of the super-sized HTC Sensation XL, as part of its January flash sale.

Until February 2nd, O2 is waiving the upfront fee of £104.99 for all customers who buy the phone online and sign up for a 24-month contract at £32 per month.

HTC Sensation XL Beats audio

That’ll get you monthly allowances of 600 anytime, any-network minutes, 500 minutes of O2-to-O2 calls, unlimited texts and 500MB of mobile data.

Billed as the Sensation XE’s bigger brother, the Android-powered 'XL' rocks a capacious 4.7-inch S-LCD screen that almost nudges the handset into tablet territory, as well as on board Beats by Dre audio technology and comes bundled with a free and rather natty pair of headphones courtesy of the Good Doctor.

It’s also home to an eight megapixel camera with autofocus and dual-LED flash, a 1.3 megapixel secondary snapper for video calls and version 2.3 of Android out of the box.

A 1.5GHz processor keeps everything ticking over smoothly and there’s16GB of internal storage up for grabs for apps, movies, music and whathaveyou.
