Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus & Nokia Lumia 710 coming to Vodafone

Nokia’s first budget Windows Phone smartphone, the Lumia 710, and a successor to one of the best-selling cheap Android phones, the Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus, are coming to Vodafone next month, the carrier has confirmed.

The network has yet to announce pricing, but is expected to offer both handsets on free phone contract deals from £25 per month.

Dubbed the Lumia 800’s little brother, the 710 features the same Windows Metro user interface as well as additional, exclusive Nokia services focussed on navigation and music.

It also rocks a 3.7-inch ClearBlack display with Gorilla Glass, a 1.4GHz Scorpion processor, a five-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and HD recording at 720p and 8GB of internal storage.

The Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus, meanwhile, teams Android 2.3 Gingerbread overlaid with Samsung’s TouchWiz custom user interface with a 3.65-inch touchscreen and a 1GHz processor to keep everything ticking over smoothly.
