What appears to be the most official-looking, not to mention clearest, photo yet of the Samsung Galaxy S3 has surfaced online, three days before Sammy officially unveils its next smartphone challenger.
Published by GSM Arena, which credits a mysterious tipster called Ali for the leak, the image suggests that Samsung's handset will feature a physical home button, along with just two on-screen pressers.
This tallies broadly with at least some of the pre-release conjecture that’s being doing the rounds on tech sites of late.
Sammy also appears to have opted for a look and feel in keeping with its current-gen flagship, the Galaxy S2, by retaining that phone’s rounded edges and its plastic construction.
Unfortunately, the site’s source wasn’t able to share any information about the S3’s spec sheet.
However, rumours suggest it’ll pack a monster-sized 4.8-inch Super AMOLED Plus HD screen and a quad-core processor to bring it up to speed with the HTC One X and LG Optimus 4X.
A waterproof coating for the phone’s innards is also set to be present and correct, as well as an eight megapixel camera.
